Welcome to ADC Aesthetics, part of Advance Dental Care. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These conditions are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance with professional healthcare standards, including those required by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. When cancelled without adequate notice, it prevents us from offering care to other patients.
48-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
How to Cancel: Please notify us by calling 01924 908203 or emailing aestheticsadc@gmail.com.
Late Cancellations & Non-Attendance: If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, your consultation fee or deposit will be retained. A new fee will be required to rebook.
Exceptional Circumstances: Emergencies and genuine cases of hardship will be considered on an individual basis. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Consultation Appointment: A 30-minute consultation to discuss and prescribe your personalised treatment plan.
Fee: £20.00, redeemable against treatment if you proceed.
Non-Refundable: If you do not proceed with treatment, or if the appointment is cancelled in breach of the 48-hour policy, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
Treatment Appointment: A 30-minute appointment in which treatment will be provided.
Fee: Dependent on your individual treatment plan.
Consultation Fee Redemption: The £20 consultation fee will be deducted from the cost of treatment.
Review Appointment: A 15-minute follow-up, provided free of charge.
Eligibility: Only available following initial anti-wrinkle treatment.
Purpose: To assess treatment results and provide continuity of care.
Booking Options: Maintenance appointments (recommended at 3 months but flexible depending on patient preference) can be booked via reception or online.
Deposit: A £20 deposit is required to secure a maintenance appointment.
Redemption: The deposit will be redeemed against treatment costs.
Non-Refundable: Deposits are retained if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Medical Disclosure: You must provide accurate, complete medical history and disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
Assessment: Treatments will only be carried out following a full clinical assessment by a qualified practitioner to confirm suitability.
Results: Outcomes may vary between individuals. No guarantees can be made regarding specific results.
Aftercare: Patients are expected to follow all aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may impact results and safety.
Qualified Practitioners: All treatments are performed by fully trained, qualified, and insured medical professionals.
Limitations of Liability: While every effort is made to ensure your safety and satisfaction, ADC Aesthetics cannot be held liable for adverse outcomes where full disclosure has not been made by the patient, or where aftercare instructions have not been followed.
Adverse Reactions: All medical procedures carry risks. These will be explained during your consultation, and informed consent will be obtained before treatment.
Right to Refuse Treatment: We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not in the patient’s best interest or if it is deemed clinically unsuitable.

All treatments are delivered in line with CQC standards of safety, effectiveness, and patient-centred care.
